Produced in the home-based MAKANA oil mill! Fresh cold pressed Flaxseed oil from brown Flaxseed, 100 % pure - without additives.
Flaxseed oil can contribute to sustain the performance level and vitality by having a beneficial influence on the metabolism. It can enhance the skin, cater for a shiny coat and can boost the digestion.
Our oils are being cold pressed (under 40 °C) and by moderate pressure. In our production we do not use the commonly used production techniques such as refinement or extraction. A subsequent heat damage, physico-chemical changes or process residues are avoided. The final product does not contain any added preservatives or any other additives.
In our oil mill we permanently press fresh Flaxseed oil from linseed. Our oils are being bottled in a vacuum-bottling plant. This way we ensure that the oil does not make any contact with pumps or metal parts.
Storage life: After production / bottling our Flaxseed oil has a service life of minimum approx. half a year.
Tipp: You can store Flaxseed oil in the deep freezer, too. This way it can last for up to approx. 3 more months!
Please note: When storing Flaxseed oil below freezing temperature, opacities and / or flocculation can occur. When reaching room temperature again, the oil becomes clear again. This is not a sign of reduction of quality, it is an indication of the gentle production and purity of the product.

Deposit, opacities or taste as well as colour variations are natural.

Horses (approx. 600 kg live weight) 30 - 50 ml / day. For smaller horses and ponies adapt accordingly.
