Walnut oil contains many natural omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. It has a pleasant nutty taste and is composed of palmitic, linoleic, linolenic and oleic acid. It also contains vitamins B1, B2 and B6.

Walnut oil is very sensitive: Please close well and store in a dark and cool place. It must not be heated and is therefore particularly suitable for cold dishes.

Walnut oil is also very well absorbed by the skin and is therefore also suitable for cosmetic applications.

Just 1-2 tablespoons a day can help meet the need for essential omega-3 fatty acids.
