Bärlau® Wild Garlic Essence 150 ml
Wild Garlic (Allium ursinum) is a local plant of the family of Allium. In central European folk medicine, it is used primarily in herbal medicine and recipes.
Wild Garlic contains sulfur compounds in high concentration - much higher than in garlic. The main ingredient of Wild Garlic is methyl-l-cysteine-sulphoxide. It also offers a range of bioactive substances such as peptides, flavonoids, adenosines and small amounts of prostaglandines.
The human organism requires sulfur to produce enzymes which bind toxins and protect against harmful substances. Many sulfur compounds have the abilitiy to bind and remove heavy metals from the body. For all these reasons, a sulfur-rich diet is of great importance to support the body's natural detoxification processes. Wild Garlic Essence is a particularly rich source of sulfur compounds and has therefore significant effects on the human body.
