Black cumin oil has been on everyone's lips as a "superfood" for several years. In the Islamic world, black cumin oil has been an ancient tradition for thousands of years. In our region, the term "breadroot" is more common.

Black cumin oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, essential oils and a variety of secondary plant substances. It also contains saponin melanthine, a substance known for its cleansing effect. The oil is also rich in beta-carotene (provitamin A), vitamins B1, B2 and B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, biotin, folic acid, magnesium and selenium and supplies skin and hair with the important nutrients. These substances can reduce the oxidative stress on the skin.
