Payment methods and shipping costs

1. Payment options

1.1. For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

- Prepayment by bank transfer

- SEPA-Direct debit via Novalnet
- Amazon-Payments

1.2. For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

Simply enter your name or invoice number for the purpose of use. You will find the invoice number in your order confirmation, which will be automatically sent to the specified e-mail adress.

Direct debit: Please enter your bank details in the appropriate mask.

PayPal: Please direct your PayPal payment to sales@makana.de

We also accept credit cards for domestic and foreign customers.

2. delivery

2.1. Your order will be sent by Deutsche Post, DPD,DHL, Spedition.

2.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, All countries of the European Union, excluding external customs territories such as the Canary Islands, Madeira or French overseas departments. The respective shipping costs can be found under points 3.1 and 3.2.

3. shipping charges

3.1. For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 5,90€ per order. From a gross order value of 70€ we ship carriage free.

3.2. For shipping abroad, we charge the following shipping costs per order:

4. Delivery times

4.1 The delivery time is 1-4 working days within Germany. No delivery is made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should an item not be in stock or not be immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be pointed out separately on the respective product page.

4.2 For international shipping the delivery time is approx. Four working days. On (Saturdays,) Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery. 4.3 Information on delivery times Below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective article:

If you order several articles from us within the framework of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment of goods will be the same as that for the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

4.3.1 Information for the calculation of the delivery date In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
