We are particularly distinguished by the fact that our products are lovingly handmade. Starting with the incoming goods of the raw materials, the processing and all the way to the delivery to your home, we ensure that the highest possible quality is guaranteed through constant quality controls and inspections. In our own oil mill, our own capsule production and our own feed mill produce valuable products "Made in Germany" in the south of Rhineland-Palatinate.

We produce with 100% green energy
Since 01.01.2021, Makana has been producing exclusively with 100% green energy. We are very proud to produce our valuable products as climate-friendly as possible.
Our products in organic quality
We are a certified organic producer (DE-ÖKO-007) of high quality edible oils such as organic black cumin oil and organic linseed oil. Our organic hemp oil and organic coconut oil are also particularly popular with our customers.
We also produce supplementary feed for horses and dogs as well as food supplements in our own feed and food supplement production.
Our contribution to protect the environment and climate
We were able to save 42,685 kilograms of greenhouse gas emissions and 393 tonnes of resources in 2021 by working with Interseroh!
Climate neutral shipping
Since an increasing proportion of global CO2 emissions are caused by parcel shipping and we, as an online retailer, are dependent on the shipping of our products, we would like to make this transport route as climate-friendly as possible.
For this reason, we have been using DHL's GoGreen service since the beginning of 2020.
